To register and use the OVO99 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:
Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active account on the OVO99 platform only. Registering multiple accounts using the same name, IP address, phone number, email address, identification number, or payment details is strictly prohibited. Should OVO99 detect duplicate accounts, all such accounts will be suspended immediately and all balances, bonuses, or outstanding winnings will be forfeited without compensation.
You are fully responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date. Information requiring verification includes your full name, Malaysian identity card number (MyKad), residential address, mobile number, and bank account details. OVO99 applies a strict Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process for all members, particularly before the first withdrawal request is approved.
You are the account holder responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. OVO99 recommends using a strong password (minimum 8 characters, combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols) and enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for added protection. Never share your login details with anyone, including OVO99 support staff, who will never ask for your password.
OVO99 supports a wide range of local Malaysia payment methods for your convenience, including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet and GrabPay. All deposits are processed in real time or within no more than three (3) minutes, depending on the chosen payment method. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are subject to the limits set for each payment method and may change without prior notice.
Withdrawal requests are processed within two (2) to four (4) hours on business days once KYC is complete and identity verification is successful. Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account registered under the same name as your OVO99 account — transfers to third parties are not permitted. OVO99 reserves the right to request additional supporting documents before approving any withdrawal if deemed necessary for compliance and anti-money laundering purposes.

All bonuses and promotions offered by OVO99 are subject to their own wagering requirements. These wagering requirements must be fully met before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be converted to cash and withdrawn. OVO99 employs advanced detection systems to identify bonus abuse attempts, including but not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses repeatedly, systematically using low-risk wagering strategies solely to meet wagering requirements, coordinating between multiple accounts to exploit promotions, and any form of fraud or system manipulation. Accounts found to have committed bonus abuse will be terminated and all balances forfeited.
Each bonus has a set validity period. Bonuses that are unused or wagering requirements that are not fulfilled within the designated period will expire automatically without any compensation. OVO99 is not responsible for bonus loss resulting from failure to meet the requirements within the stated timeframe.
All games available on the OVO99 platform use Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been certified by an internationally accredited independent auditing body. This ensures every game outcome is fully random and free from any manipulation. OVO99 is not responsible for game outcomes perceived as unfair by players, as long as the RNG system functions correctly in accordance with its certified specifications.
In the event of a technical disruption, internet connection failure, or system error during an active game session, OVO99 will use server records to determine the last valid game state. Decisions based on server records are final and cannot be disputed. Where a game cannot be resumed, OVO99 will return any unresolved bets to the player's account within a reasonable timeframe.
Value Return to Player (RTP) for each slot game is clearly displayed in the respective game information. Players are encouraged to check the RTP value before starting a game session. RTP values are long-term averages based on millions of game cycles and are not a guarantee of results for any individual session.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the OVO99 platform and may result in immediate account termination, balance forfeiture, and potential legal action:
OVO99 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member's account at any time for the following reasons: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or suspicious activity, failure to pass KYC verification, a request from legal authorities, or to protect the integrity of the platform and the interests of other players. In the event of a legitimate termination (not due to a breach), any remaining account balance will be returned to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
You may terminate your OVO99 account at any time by contacting our customer support team via live chat. Prior to termination, all pending wagering requirements must be fulfilled, and any unclaimed bonuses will not be carried forward. Once the account is terminated, your personal data will be handled in accordance with Privacy Policy currently in effect.
The OVO99 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. OVO99 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the continuous availability, accuracy, or suitability of the platform for any particular purpose. OVO99 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses suffered by users, including but not limited to financial losses arising from gaming activity.
Under no circumstances shall OVO99's total maximum liability to you exceed the amount you have deposited into your account within the thirty (30) days preceding the liability claim. This liability limit applies to the extent permitted under applicable Malaysian law.
OVO99 reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these Terms at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on this page. It is your responsibility as a user to review this page periodically to ensure you remain compliant with the latest version of the Terms. Continued use of the platform after any amendment is published constitutes your full acceptance of the changes.
These Terms and Conditions are interpreted and governed by applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if unsuccessful, through binding arbitration in accordance with procedures established by OVO99.
